How It Works

Resumes and Resume Packages

• Send us your current resume for appraisal, if you have one
• Our consultants will set up a phone meeting with you to explore your background and provide next steps
• Within 3 days, we will send you the completed resume and/or cover letter for your review.
• Our consultants will then work with you to complete your LinkedIn profile within 2 days.
• We will save your finalized documents in our files for up to 2 years.

Intensive Interview Prep

• We provide up to 3hrs of intensive prep with a focus on behavioral questions (Can be done in 2 sessions of 1.5hrs each).
• Our consultants mimic a real world setting – face to face in an office setting.
• We use an iterative approach and provide immediate feedback allowing you to quickly refine your interviewing skills before your big day.
• We also provide guidance as to ‘key things to know’ in advance of the real interview.
